The business Source Ceramics was birthed by Michelle McTigue in 2022. It was born out of Michelle's passion for clay and creativity that has culminated over 10 years of working and expriementing with clay. Michelle has experienced first hand the joy and therapeutic benefits of working with this precious substance. Initially the Source Ceramics business model was based on producing and selling small batch pottery in Michelle's small studio at the bottom of her garden.

Michelle then began offering in person pottery classes after people began requesting this service. From this endeavour the business has grown into a multi pronged creative enterprise.

Michelle now offers handmade products to buy online, in the shop and in person pottery classes.

The pottery workshops themselves remain in there infancy h Michelle has now secured a large space in Chew Magna, Bristol.

Michelle will be based in the space in Chew Magna and you will find her there making her handmade pottery in store and selling her work in the shop. You can also buy her work online if you should wish to do so.

Michelle is also offering where she will be offering a range of pottery classes including wheel throwing classes for both beginners/advanced run by a professional potter.

Michelle will also be offering everyone who wants to try pottery the opportunity in which to do so whether it is a taster class for half a day, a 6 week course or hiring a potters wheel on a adhoc basis.
